This deliciuos and filling smoothie is perfect for breakfast. It gets its creaminess from avocado and matcha provides calm and prolonged energy. Mango and coconut yoghurt adds a tropical vibe to it
2,5 dl almond mylk
1 dl coconut yoghurt
3 tsp matcha powder (we love LAKA MATCHA)
2 tsp flax seed
5 handfuls spinach
1 1/2 dl frozen mango
Blend the milk, coconut yoghurt, flax seed, matcha and spinach until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
