We are a small company with big plans. Chefs and cooks turned business owners. We started out at monthly markets and now find ourselves in some of the best delis, shops, cafés, bakers and butchers in Ireland and across the Irish sea. Originally Inspired by Japanese taberu rãyu our sauces like us are a bit of a mish-mash between different regions, cultures and countries. We have a lot of passion for the subtle flavours of Japan but love to introduce the big banging tastes from China and Korea.
