Payment, Shipping & Returns
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Card payment’s can be made by credit and debit card. We provide our customers with card payment and through the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Invoice and PayPal. We collaborate with Klarna Bank AB to ensure secure and easy payments. All information regarding your payment is encrypted with SSL, which means that no unauthorized person can see your card details, nor can they be stored by us. We do not charge any additional fees for card payments made in our online store.
We provide invoice payment with the help of Klarna Bank AB and the opportunity to pay after you have received your goods. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB we offer invoice and installment. In case of invoice payment, Klarna Bank AB applies at any time to the invoice terms; U.N. 14 days credit, a reminder fee will be charged for non-payment. If you have bought for less than 60kr, you will receive 29,00 kr, and you have bought for 60 kr or more, we add 60,00 kr in reminder fee. It costs nothing to use Klarna Bank AB. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase and expire within 14 days. The invoice is dated and sent by e-mail and is to be paid by bankgiro. We charge no (0 kr) in invoice fee.
We do our best to ship within 3 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Shipping time within Scandinavia is usually 1-3 working days except for Norway, within the European Union 2-7 working days and to all other European Countries 3-10 working days.
Shipping and handling fee within Sweden is 29 sek. Outside Sweden is 99 sek and outside Europe 129 sek.
We are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping company or post office. If there is any delay in your shipment, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know right away via email.
If you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are backordered, we will contact you by email to see if you would like us to ship your order incomplete and we will ship the remaining items to you when they become available at no extra charge.
At Caeleste we stand behind the products we sell and hope that you are more than satisfied with your selections. If for some reason you change your mind about a purchase you have 14 days to make a return. Please see instructions below.
- Please inform Caeleste of your concern for return by sending an email to email@example.com. Include your full name, reason for return and order number within your email. You will be notified with a return confirmation number. Please note, we require our customers to cover cost of return shipping.
- Your right to return an item is not valid should the item have been used, noticeably changed or in any other way modified. Unfortuantely, due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
- The item should always be returned in original packaging, with your return confirmation number included and received undamaged.

- If your item has been return undamaged, the return is resolved immediately
and you will receive a refund of your payment within 30 days.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.

Please be as detailed as possible in your description and send imagery of the damaged item if possible.Please include your order confirmation number and we will get back yo you with the next steps to take.
Once we have accessed the concern, and if we find fault we will promptly send a replacement out to you.
