- Matcha contains l-theanine which has been shown to induce a concentrated focus and a relaxed calm simultaneously.
- Cacao is a natural mood elevator. It contains high levels of iron, magnesium, calcium and anti-oxidants.
- Maca may improve mood, energy, and skin.
- Himalayan pink salt can provide the body with essential minerals, balance electrolytes and pH, and support optimal nutrient absorption.
Usage
Instant Ceremony
Ingredients:
- 2 tsps of Moodbeli's Ceremony Tonic
- 3/4 cup hot (but not boiling) water
- 1/4 tsp of your favorite sweetener (optional)
Directions:
Add Ceremony Tonic to the bottom of your cup or tea bowl. Pour hot (but not boiling) water into your tonic vessel to cover the bottom and stir until combined, then slowly add more water until you reach your desired potency.
